This agreement ( "Terms" ) regulate your access to the polarhedge site, platform and services the "Services") operated by polarhedge. Creating an account means accepting the Terms entire.
1. Who may join. Users need to be adults in their jurisdiction and contractually capable to contract. Where we remains unlicensed or unavailable, residents cannot participate. Profile correctness and 2FA confidentiality are your duty.
2. What we provide. polarhedge runs an electronic trading platform for the assets listed on this platform. We do not give investment advice; all trading decisions remains yours. Displayed market data serves information only and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risks. Trading involves substantial loss risk and fits only accounts able to absorb it. Margin products may take losses past the collateral posted. Risk only capital which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Costs. Commissions, spreads and carry rates are shown in the fee schedule and constitute part of these Terms. Charges may move after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Cornering and manipulation, abusing technical holes, infringement and unlawful purposes are not permitted. Laundering and sanctions evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest the widest degree, polarhedge disclaims indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may change periodically. Continued use after changes means consent. The applicable law is the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
